Senior Vice President, Affordable
Cha joined Slate in 2023 and serves as Senior Vice President at Slate Property Group, where she leads on all aspects of affordable housing finance and development. Cha has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, and has developed or financed over 3,700 units of affordable and supportive housing. Prior to Slate, she worked at Capital One Community Finance originating debt and equity investments, Mountco Construction & Development building their affordable pipeline, and at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development as Deputy Director in their Supportive and Senior Housing division. Cha has a Bachelors from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a Masters from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
