Cristina Wark joined Slate Property Group in April 2026 and serves as the Director of Leasing. In this role she leads leasing strategy across the firm’s portfolio, with oversight of both market rate and affordable assets. She is responsible for driving occupancy, optimizing rental performance, and supporting overall asset value. Prior to joining Slate, Cristina served as Vice President of Residential Leasing at HUBBNYC, where she oversaw leasing operations for a portfolio of 2,000 units across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. During her tenure, she played a key role in maximizing rental revenue while advancing asset-level growth with technology driven initiatives. Cristina began her career at Olshan Properties, where she managed leasing for a portfolio of approximately 1,000 units. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from SUNY Farmingdale.
